The biggest difference is the ease of use. It’s much quicker to take a tincture than to eat a gummy. A tincture is probably best for you if you want quick relief.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second most significant difference is that gummies have about twice as much hemp extract per serving as tinctures. So if you are looking for maximum strength, you should consider a gummy instead of a tincture.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, some people prefer the flavor and texture of gummies over the taste of oil or alcohol. If this sounds like you, then gummies are the way to go.<\/span><\/p>\n
